Arbor House - A Quiet Place To Rest

Arbor House is a spacious, two bedroom / two bath bungalow that realizes city comforts yet radiates country charm. One bedroom has a king bed with fireplace in sitting area, and the other has a queen bed with lovely view of the rolling countryside. A delicious, homemade breakfast will be delivered to the cottage.

Arbor House is exclusively yours and is perfect for a romantic get-away, two couples traveling together, celebrating of a special occasion, or a wonderful R&R.

Bunkhouse - A Place To Gather

The Bunkhouse is a remodeled 1800's barn surrounded by roses and colorful flower gardens, with a path leading around a purportedly 100 year-old fig tree. The tree is abundant with sweet figs that are ripe for picking and eating around mid June. In the center of the courtyard is a working windmill sitting on a hand-dug well, surrounded by fragrant flower gardens.

The front porch is a wonderful and serene place to observe Nature at its finest. The wall of glass in the bunk room offers a view of the pond, as well as the covered pavilion and outdoor fireplace. A delicious homemade breakfast will be delivered to the cottage or served at the outdoor kitchen.

As a guest cottage, The Bunkhouse will accommodate 1-7 people ... perfect for a romantic get-away, or girls' weekend.

As a gathering facility, The Bunkhouse will comfortably seat 50 people. Suitable for scrapbooking, rehearsal dinners, celebrations, retreats and workshops.

Bunkette

The interior is a beautiful, light and airy, free-standing room with queen bed (a twin bed can be added for special events), hardwood floors, bead board walls and ceiling and spacious bath with luxurious towels and linens - all the comforts of a 5-star hotel with a charming, country ambiance.

The Bunkette is attached to the Garden Room and Party Barn (where a coffee pot and refrigerator are available for use). The construction is new with an exterior of old, rusty tin, giving a feel for times gone by. The outdoor hot tub and fireplace are within close proximity, as well as, paths to stroll the grounds of Las Brisas Farm.

The Bunkette is available for rent during special events only.

Casita

A charming bungalow for 2 that is available for daily or weekly rentals (2 twin beds can be added for special events). It has all the comforts of the city while maintaining an ambiance of country charm.

The interior includes a comfortable queen bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and pedestal sink, Amish rockers, a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, coffee pot, beautiful tiled floors and bead board walls. Luxurious linens and towels are also included.

Casita is located in its own private courtyard that is surrounded by colorful vines, potted gardens in old galvanized troughs and a wonderful terrace under 3 gorgeous palm trees. The exterior is sided with old tin with vines growing up the sides. It has its own private entrance which is set apart from other Las Brisas Farm activities but close to the outdoor spa and fireplace.

A delicious home-prepared breakfast will be delivered to your cottage at 9:00 unless other arrangements are made in advance of stay.
