Las Brisas Farm, a Place of Peace after a Time of War
The Texas Veteran Project originated in 2006 when the owners of Las Brisas Farm, Eldon and Kathy, were searching for ways to honor our military. As their son was preparing for his first deployment to Iraq, they decided to offer free lodging to military returning from Iraq or Afghanistan. Las Brisas Farm could be an escape for one or two nights for those heading off to war, and a quiet refuge for those who have just returned from the battlefronts.
